Opportunity Description:
Position: Sr. Facilities Engineer
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry
Pay Range: $110k-$150k annually (DOE)
Shift: Day Shift
Position Type: Direct Placement
Position Location: This position is an on-site position based at our St. Paul, MN facility, and will report to our Director of Facilities, Maintenance & Safety.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports
- BUT the individual may from time-to-time provide director to more junior staff, including maintenance technicians.
Job Summary:
- This Facilities Engineer provides facility engineering support for the day-to-day design, development, and maintenance of facility standards for our West St. Paul, MN facilities. This individual plays a critical role in managing facilities and facilities engineering related projects including the purchasing, installation, and qualification of new facilities equipment. At times, the Facilities Engineer may lead facility design, renovation, and construction efforts, up to and including new construction. Required & Preferred Qualifications: Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field - required ; Mechanical Engineering bg. - preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience- required
Strong Project Management skills/experience
Experience and/or knowledge with regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities -- required
Experience working with engineering software and tools - highly preferred

Holiday Pay:
1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours
