Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician, where you will perform calibrations and preventative maintenance duties on industrial scales and various weighing equipment, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and quality standards. You will be essential in understanding customer needs, providing clear communication, and troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. Your role will also involve managing service orders, maintaining inventory, and developing strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Salisbury, Maryland.

Work Environment

Team members start their day at the shop and travel in a service van with a colleague. Initially, you will not be driving, but once permanent, you will be required to obtain a CDL B, with assistance provided for licensing. Permanent employees also participate in a rotating on-call schedule, which includes nights and weekends.
