Lead Maintenance Technician
1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday)

A large manufacturing facility located in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for its 1st shift team. Qualified candidates must have previous leadership and/or training experience and must be willing to be hands on as well.
Hours will be 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday and starting pay will range from $30.00-$32.00/hr based on experience
Job Description:
Direct employees in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and
equipment.
Direct employees engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
Assist employees in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Responsible for scheduling, maintaining, repairing, and overall operation of assigned machinery and equipment.·
Responsible for completion of work orders and associated preventive maintenance paperwork.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Enforce safety regulations.
Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
Coordinate activities of employees in making repairs to buildings.
Comply with established safety rules.
Comply with company policy and procedures.
Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and Superintendent.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
Perform other duties as assigned to the satisfaction of Superintendent.
