NOW HIRING for a medical device company in Rancho Bernardo!

Location - Job will start in Rancho Bernardo and move to Carlsbad within about 4-6 weeks

Shift - 1st Shift (7AM start time, 9/80 schedule)

Pay Rate - $19/HR for operator 1, $20-21/HR for operator 2

Job Description -

• This role involves the manufacturing and assembly of extremely small medical devices, specifically catheters, following detailed procedures and manufacturing instructions.

• A successful candidate will work under a microscope for extended periods, handling miniature components with precision and care.

• Key responsibilities include learning multiple manufacturing steps, achieving certification at each step before advancement, and moving along the production line as needed.

• You will use adhesive tools for sealing, perform minor soldering tasks, and work with both hands using small hand tools.

• Additionally, you will be expected to follow Standard Operating Procedures, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and work closely with Engineers and Supervisors to maintain product quality and integrity.

• Training on production tasks and equipment operation will be provided, along with responsibilities for process documentation development and inventory counts.

Qualifications Required -
