Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Job Description
Join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, where you will have the primary responsibility for shipping all outbound material and finished products, both domestically and internationally. This role involves the final inspection and verification of all documentation and products to ensure they are prepared and packed to arrive at the customer's facility in new condition, ready to be deployed. You will also assist with receiving responsibilities, contributing to our reputation for reliability in harsh environment applications.
Hard Skills
Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and various brokers
Solid understanding of Commercial Invoice and Shippers Letter of Instruction preparation
Knowledge of Schedule B and HTS (HS) Codes
Understanding of ECCN – Export Control Classification Numbers
Familiarity with filing SED – Shipper’s Export Declaration
Experience with ERP systems and related transactions
Soft Skills

Organizational skills
Ability to work under limited supervision
