Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
Job Description
This company manufactures gloves for industrial and pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating automated machinery, performing minor troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of the production process.
Responsibilities
Operate automated machinery using control screens.
Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments via machine control screens.
Document levels of each batch of gloves and track each cycle in the process.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment.
Perform lockout/tagout procedures when moving machines.
Move to different machines to start new batches while others are in cycle.
Clean production tanks 1-2 times a month.
Essential Skills
Machine operating experience.
Experience following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Basic computer skills.
Good attention to detail.

Work Environment
This is a 2nd shift position from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Monday. You will work in a cleanroom environment requiring lab coats and occasionally respirators. The team is smaller, with about 6 people per shift. The facility is temperature-controlled and has a paint-like smell on the manufacturing floor.
