Aerotek PCB Quality Inspector in Santa Ana, California

Job Title: PCB Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Quality Inspector to join our team in Santa Ana. The successful candidate will work the day shift from 6am to 2:30pm, where they will be responsible for inspecting products after processes and at final inspection. This will involve reading and understanding technical requirements, inspecting products for compliance with order specifications, identifying non-conforming products, and maintaining accurate logs and records. The position involves a high level of inspection under a microscope and requires meticulous attention to detail. Pay will be commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $21 to $29 per hour, but can go higher for exceptionally qualified individuals.

Ideal Skills

  • Experience with IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610

  • Experience inspecting Flex-Rigid PWBs

  • Rework experience

  • Ability to inspect product under magnifying tool

  • Experience inspecting flex and rigid-flex printed circuit boards

  • Experience completing Quality Documentation

  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-600, IPC-6012,6013,6018)

  • AS9102 Experience

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to read and understand technical requirements

  • Ability to identify non-conforming product and its disposition

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Santa Ana, California.
