Job Title: Sewer - Valve Assembly
Job Description
Join our team as a Sewer in Valve Assembly, where you'll be tasked with a variety of production assembly operations.
Responsibilities include working from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal instructions to prepare products.
You will perform tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations and may conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications.
The role requires handling pig hearts, cutting material, assembling under microscopes or magnifying glasses, working with solutions, and packaging/labeling in a cleanroom environment.
Candidates must be comfortable fully gowning up and working in an environment with formaldehyde smells.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Santa Ana, California.
Work Environment
This position operates in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning (no makeup, no jewelry).
The role involves a mix of sitting and standing.
Some departments may require using a microscope or magnifying glass.
Additional Information:
Start Dates: They run orientation every Friday so Friday will always be the first day. They need to have at least 2 to 3 people to have a start class
**No ripped jeans or clothing that has a lot of lent is allowed in the cleanroom. Also, no jewelry, nail polish, and make up is allowed in the cleanroom as well.
Training: 2nd shift may be trained on 1st shift then moved down to 2nd after training. Depending on training, some training will be exclusively on 2nd shift only. Need candidates open to training on both shifts for 2 to 3 weeks
2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Training is roughly 2 weeks depending on how quickly they pick it up. There will also be ongoing training to an extent with their "buddy system" (will be paired up with an experienced employee)
