Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Inspector to perform quality inspections of pressure vessels and other types of product related to process equipment. You will be required to ensure all products comply with applicable drawings, codes, and specifications. You will work closely with NDE Technicians, Authorized Inspectors, and TPIs and ensure code and QMS requirements are met per company standards.
Required Experience:
VT Level II OR AWS CWI, MT Level II, PT Level II , RT Level II
Experience/Knowledge of ASME and ANSI Codes
Ability to calculate arc lengths and angles for layouts of cylindrical vessels
Proficiency with precision measurement tools, including paint inspection tools
Ability to perform layout and fitting inspections to blueprints
Preferred Experience:
Pressure vessel experience
5 years plus of experience or Minimum 2 years in a related technical program
Proficiency with computer applications, including quality applications, MS Office, and ERP systems
ISO 9000 experience
NDE experience
Job Type
Day shift, Monday - Friday.
Pay is DOE.
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Work Environment
Non Climate Controlled
