Job Title: Sander/Spray Booth Operator

Job Description

Are you looking for a path to professional advancement in Seattle? Join our team as a full-time Sander/Spray Booth Operator and engage in the crafting of luxury-level kitchen systems and furniture. In this role, you will be responsible for using sanders and other power tools to prepare surfaces of cabinet components for finishing. You will also operate spray equipment to apply finishes, coatings, or paint, ensuring uniform coverage and the desired quality. Additionally, you will follow job specifications and drawings to achieve the desired color, texture, and finish for each project and inspect finished components for defects or inconsistencies. This role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained and to grow by mastering various parts of our production process.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with sanders and other power tools

  • Ability to operate spray equipment

  • Skill in applying finishes and coatings

  • Ability to follow job specifications and drawings

  • Experience in aerospace/automotive finish work

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Willingness to be cross-trained

  • Ability to work collaboratively

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.
