Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Shakopee, Minnesota
Job Description
Join our team as an MSP1-Tech 2 where you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining and improving our building and infrastructure. Your daily activities will include repairing and enhancing metal and wood structures, maintaining distribution center racking, and assisting in the repair and maintenance of material handling equipment and building pneumatic systems. You will also be responsible for completing preventative maintenance routines, documenting procedures, performing battery changes, and maintaining the department's inventory of spare parts. Your role will be crucial in supporting continuous improvement efforts within the department and ensuring compliance with all safety training and policies.

Work Environment
The work environment tracks performance through data and numbers to ensure all team members meet expectations. Candidates must be open to working any 12-hour shift as assigned, which could include day or night shifts across various days of the week.
