Aerotek Setup Technician in Sheridan, Arkansas

Job Title: Setup Technician

Job Description

As a Setup Technician, you will be responsible for answering calls from the production line to troubleshoot issues with injection molding machines and conveyors. This role is akin to an entry-level maintenance mechanic. Your daily tasks will include changing molds, altering colors, and checking time, heat, and pressure levels to ensure the machinery operates efficiently. You will also be tasked with stopping and restarting machines/conveyors using computer and tablet systems. Additional duties involve cleaning resin spillage, vacuuming, and performing hose changes.

Hard Skills

  • Troubleshooting injection molding machines

  • Adjusting machine parameters (time, heat, pressure)

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 120 Day(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Sheridan, Arkansas.

Work Environment

2x2x3 Night Shift (6pm - 6am), Temperature Controlled, Clean and very organized facility
