Hydraulic Service Manager – Up to $105,000 – Weekly Pay

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 ( Pay is Based on Experience )
Shift: Monday – Friday (Shift is based on schedule)
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of hydraulic technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize hydraulic performance and efficiency.
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
