Aerotek Hydraulic Service Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Hydraulic Service Manager – Up to $105,000 – Weekly Pay

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 ( Pay is Based on Experience )

Shift: Monday – Friday (Shift is based on schedule)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hydraulic technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize hydraulic performance and efficiency.

  • Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
