Aerotek Mechanical Assembler - 4 Day Work Week in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
* Mechanical Plumbing Assembler----4 Day Work Week--Day 1 Benefits--$27/Hour *
Description :
A leading manufacturer of utility vehicles has an immediate opening for a mechanical assembler in their plumbing department. This company offers a state-of-the-art facility and provide day one benefits! You will be assembling a wide variety of piping system components and installing them into vehicles. Assemblers will measure and cut pipes to desired length, thread join pipes using a variety of methods, and pressure test. Responsibilities :
Cut and thread pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine.
Bend pipes to the required angle by using a pip bending machine or by bending by hand.
Join pipes by using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, caulk joints.
Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
Test completed systems for leaks.
Hours:
Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm
Voluntary overtime on Fridays
