Aerotek Construction Planner in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota

Description:

  • Schedule and conduct site assessments in all regions of operation, which should include the condition of equipment, replacement schedule, electrical systems, interior and exterior building structural condition and needs.

  • Maintain database of facility conditions and detailed replacement forecast for all assets.

  • Recommend site improvements and repairs based on assessment findings and observations.

  • Assist in development and documentation of detailed work and scope of projects.

  • Gather quotes for recommended repairs in order to provide project estimates for budgeting and approval process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Previous construction experience, knowledge of equipment functionality and ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.

Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills are required, both written and verbal.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
