Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as an Assembler where you will be responsible for installing and mounting both non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware. Your role includes assembling fabricated parts, components, or other units at various stations while ensuring that all safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met. You will also be tasked with reading blueprints and engineering specifications to accurately assemble products, as well as cleaning and inspecting products to uphold quality standards.

Skills

Environment

This role is situated in a bustling manufacturing environment with around 160 hourly employees working on the floor at any given time. Team sizes vary between 6-15 people. Physical demands of the role include frequent bending, stooping, squatting, climbing up and down ladders, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance. The work environment is not temperature-controlled, and understanding and operation of all protective safety equipment is essential.
