Fabrication Machine Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Fabrication Operator to join our team in Souderton, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities necessary for effective work layout. This includes setting up the appropriate machines or equipment to meet or exceed fabrication and customer requirements as per design specifications and published schedules. Other duties include reading, analyzing, interpreting, and comprehending all forms of written and/or verbal instructions, including but not limited to basic correspondence and blueprints. You will also be required to troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance, while efficiently utilizing resources to minimize scrap and materials.

  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Work Environment

The work environment is a Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop
