Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay, $35/hr

We are seeking an experience electrical and instrumentation technician. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting and maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation areas of the plant. You will be paid weekly, have access to benefits, and be able to grow within the company!

Responsibilities :

• Providing instrumentation services including troubleshooting, configuration, installation, documentation, checkout, and commissioning of instrumentation and valves.

• Managing workload to maintain effectiveness and productivity.

• Accurately documenting instrumentation service work and actively sharing instrumentation information. Documentation will include work orders, calibration reports, variance reports, and MOC documents.

• Train and support non-technical users on the use of plant floor automation systems

• Maintain instrument as-built documentation.

• Work with 4-20mA analog signals and discrete signals. Experience with HART communication, Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley Drives, is a plus

• Remove pressure, flow, and temperature devices and perform calibrations to ensure accuracy

• Test instrument interlocks with PLC to ensure proper operation, install instruments and sanitary tubing

• Install, audit (voltage/amp check, megg), and commission equipment to ensure proper operation and functionality

• Perform wire terminations on instruments and PLC panels and other electrical duties required (i.e. bend conduit, and pull wire)

Hours :

• Monday Through Friday

• 8:00-5:00pm

• May shift to a 2-2-3 schedule for 12 hour shifts after training

Pay :

• $30-$40/hr DOE

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of electrical or instrumentation experience

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings

• 3-phase wiring/24v/480v electrical experience

Skills :

• Electrical maintenance - including 24v and 480v, as well as 3-phase wiring

• Maintenance Technician
