Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift associates for a top manufacturing company in CT! As a General Production Worker, you will locate and retrieve material according to work tickets, verify details such as location, size, and quantities, and measure materials using various tools. You will also be responsible for safely operating machinery like forklifts, side loaders, and overhead cranes to move materials to designated areas. You'll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, constructing crates and skids, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch.

Hard Skills

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

• Forklift, side loader, and overhead crane operation

• Experience with powered hand tools

• Ability to use scales and strapping equipment

Work Environment

Fast-paced and extremely safety-oriented environment. The facility is clean and mandates casual, comfortable clothing. Must be capable of lifting over 75lbs.
