Job Title: Precaster

Job Description

Join our team as a Precaster, where you will engage in assembling metal forms for molding reinforced concrete slabs, stairs, and beams. Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing molds, pouring concrete, finishing concrete, and assisting with set up and stripping of concrete forms. You will also participate in filling and leveling concrete castings and maintaining a clean work environment. The role requires frequent climbing/hopping in and out of forms that are 5-6ft tall and narrow. You must be able to read and understand the Production Schedule and adhere to specified time frames.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Spokane, Washington.

Work Environment

This position is based in a precast concrete manufacturing facility that produces a wide range of concrete products. You will work inside on the production floor with a crew of 5-10 people across six different zones, each requiring unique skills and concrete mixes. The environment is a large, open shop with doors that remains operational year-round, characterized by concrete dust and splatter. The facility employs a total of 150 staff members.
