We are looking to hire for Entry Level Machine Operators ! 1st Shift - $18-20hr - Weekly Pay!

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join our team. You will receive comprehensive training on various machines essential for fulfilling customer-specific orders. The training will cover machines in the following sequence: Rewinder, Shrink Wrap Machine, Laminating Machines, and Slitting Machines. Additional responsibilities include shipping/receiving, cutting rolls of tape, and palletizing. The role operates on a first shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. While clamp truck experience is an asset, it is not required as training will be provided.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Geneva, Illinois.

Work Environment

The work environment is small and close-knit, consisting of only six people on the production floor. We value candidates who are coachable, have a great attitude, and can integrate smoothly into our team without causing any disruptions.
