Aerotek Cnc Machinist in St. Louis, Missouri
Description:
Shifts: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3PM-1AM Weekend day shifts, Friday-Sunday 5AM-5PM (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
Will operate a variety of different CNC machines (mills and lathes) and/or hydromats simultaneously to produce parts. Will perform machine setups, quality checks of parts by using calipers and other precision measuring devices, and perform some preventative maintenance of the machines.
- Assists in instruction of setup w/ operators
- diagnose, troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
- setup and operation of a variety of machines
- G & M code
- adjust speeds and feeds for different materials
