Job Title: Header/Roller Operator

Job Description

We are looking for three dedicated individuals to join our team as Header/Roller Operators. This is a niche position but prior experience in die setting or CNC operating generally translates well. The company manufactures nuts and bolts, and your role will involve setting up and operating our roller/header machines. Your responsibilities will include operating and understanding cold heading & roller machines, setting up and operating Formax 34s, and 44's, 54s, and performing necessary machine maintenance. Additionally, you will need to read and understand prints, perform first-piece inspections, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards. This role requires minimal supervision and a strong ability to maintain production requirements and quality standards.

Pay Rate/Shift:

• $18-$29 depending on experience

• 2nd or 3rd shift available

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Setup & Operation of Manufacturing equipment

• Experience in a Tool & Die setting

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Tool Making

• Formax machine exp

• Progressive die exp

Work Environment:

This is a cold-heading environment with a variety of product lines and specialty bolts. Please be aware that it can get hot during the summer and the machines can be loud, creating a smoky environment. In terms of dress code, closed-toed work boots with a hard rubber sole, safety glasses, and earplugs are necessary. Pants (no shorts) and shirts (no cut-offs) are required.
