Aerotek Team Leader in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to support our operations team. The Team Leader will monitor the line for slow-downs, bottlenecks, or assist any employees needing help. This role requires becoming knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover for restroom breaks or unexpected absences, accurately track all line production and rejects to ensure correct counts on finished parts, and may involve doing visual quality checks. The Team Leader will be responsible for arriving 15 minutes before other employees to prepare for the day and sending out daily emails with production numbers. They will play an important role in maintaining smooth and efficient production line operations.

Hard Skills
