Job Title: Team Leader/Supervisor

Job Description

Looking for a Line Leader – a hands-on team member of the production line who assists with the management and maintenance of their designated section of the business. This role involves overseeing customer product lines or internal manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all functions from raw materials to finished goods, including equipment and machinery, quality, safety, process, costs, and inventory.

Pay Rate:

  • Start at $20/hour

  • Pay raise to $23/hour after 3 months

Work Environment

Automotive manufacturing. The facility produces carpeted products for the automotive industry, specifically for the Dodge Ram. It is a smaller facility with about 25 employees working on a new extrusion machine that is approximately 70 feet long.
