Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems within our industrial plant machinery. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs of rotating and reciprocating equipment, assembling, disassembling, removing, installing, cleaning, and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys, and other components as needed. You will also be responsible for repairing or replacing gauges, valves, regulators, and other components of hydraulic, pneumatic, and other fluid-powered equipment or mechanical systems. Additionally, you will connect or disconnect electrical equipment incidental to repairs, engage in light welding, grinding, and fabricating, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and sketches, and draw sketches and schematics as needed. You will work through the work order system, record work performed and materials used, and operate lift trucks and powered lifts as required.
