Job Title: Packager
Job Description
As a Packager, you will work at the end of a conveyor belt, handling cheese products. Your main tasks include performing a quick visual inspection of the cheese cut by machine, ensuring it meets quality standards before wrapping it in plastic or boxing. You will also be responsible for packing the cheese into boxes and lifting full boxes, which can weigh approximately 30lbs, onto a skid for shipment.
Hard Skills
1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing/production
Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout a 12 hour shift
Experience in packaging

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Tavistock, Ontario.
Work Environment
You will be joining one of the largest packaging facilities, known for its production of cheese and other dairy products. The facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and is climate-controlled to provide a comfortable working environment.
