1ST SHIFT: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

PAY: $18.77/ HOUR

Description:

Candidate will be working as an Assembler. The assembly team is responsible for the building of high end coffee machines. Candidates will begin working at one of a dozen work stations. At each station candidates will be responsible for a sub assembly which will go into the coffee making machine. This will include assembly of washers, screws, wires, panels, hoses, and other mechanical components. Candidates will rotate between stations during their time with the company to learn the entire assembly of each machine. There are two different types of machines being built and candidates will rotate between both of these machines. Will be using hand tools such as electric drills and tape measure.

Based on previous experience candidates will be hired at the position of Assembler 1, 2, and 3. As candidates learn the skills they will be promoted and receive raises.
