Job Title: Clean Room Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Clean Room Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our high-grade electronics used in advanced drilling operations. This role involves inspecting work for defects, replacing parts as directed, and utilizing a microscope for product inspection. You will be required to follow detailed documentation and procedures accurately, and comprehend all instructions in English. The ability to work with a microscope is essential, as is achieving Basic Component ID Certification.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) with a 10% shift differential. The role requires flexibility to start shifts at 2:00 PM and work until 11:30 PM, including significant overtime and weekend hours post-training. The work environment is a clean room setting where full bunny suits, foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and hair nets are mandatory. Employees must adhere to strict personal appearance guidelines including no makeup, fake nails, or nail polish, and must wear close-toed shoes and pants. Pay varies from $16 + shift differential for candidates without manufacturing/electronics experience, to $17-18 + shift differential for those with some experience in the field.
