Job Title: Brake Press Operator
Job Description
Join our full turnkey manufacturing facility, specializing in high-quality marine products. With top-of-the-line equipment, we fabricate everything from simple parts to intricate multi-part assemblies. This position offers competitive pay and focuses on the operation and setup of brake presses, including an older model from the 80s. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, ensuring a three-day weekend. Primary responsibilities include building frames and hinges, requiring skills in bending, punching, and drilling.
Hard Skills
2+ years of Brake Press experience
Experience with Punch Press
Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and calipers
Experience in setting up and operating brake press machines
Familiarity with Cincinnati brake press is advantageous
Soft Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Reliability and punctuality

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Terrell, Texas.
Work Environment
Non-climate controlled shop, very hot in summer. The facility spans 35,000 sq. feet and operates with a small team of 10-12 employees.
