Aerotek Manufacturing Quality Technician in Terrell, Texas

Description:

We are a Fabrication Company located in Terrell, Texas, who currently operate out of a newly constructed 85,000 square foot facility. We are a full-service company that engineers, manufactures, and sells metal fabricated parts catered to specific clients in the construction and food and beverage industries.

Job Duties:

· Conduct receiving, in process, and final inspection as required.

· Create rework tickets and/or generate reject tags

· Perform basic mathematical / geometry calculations

· Utilize Microsoft office and other computer programs

· Interpret and comprehend: Mechanical drawings and specifications, including weld symbols

· Utilize calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

Shift and Pay:

· 1st shift- 8:00AM-4:30PM

· Monday-Friday (Some OT and weekends Required)

· $20-$25/hr

Position Requirements:

· Read Blueprints, schematics and weld symbols

· Ability to utilize measuring devices

· Ability to preform basic math calculations

· Ability to work in non climate controlled environment

· 3 years of manufacturing quality inspection
