Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Our team is searching for a dedicated General Laborer who can handle a range of duties. The job responsibilities include operating a lever to control the volume of silica material falling into a large bag, lifting 50lb bags from a waist-high table and stacking them on a nearby pallet, sealing and scanning labels onto filled bags of material, and general cleanup of work stations. After a one-month contract period, the employee may also be trained to drive a forklift and trucks inside the facility.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Thompson, Ohio.
Work Environment
The position is a first shift job, running from 7a - 4:30p. Lunch breaks of 30 minutes and two 15 minute breaks are available but not mandatory. The average work week is 45 hours from Monday - Friday, with work required on 50% of Saturdays. The job is indoor 99% of the time, but the facility has large garage doors at each end which are kept open, making the indoor temperature similar to the outdoor conditions.
