Job Title: Controls Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Controls Technician at a food manufacturing facility specializing in salad dressings and sauces. Our facility packages and distributes products for sale in various stores and restaurants. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrically controlled equipment, including PLC controlled and solid-state equipment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair packaging machines, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders, pumps, valves, and flow meters.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
Handle troubleshooting and repair tasks for case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers.
Work with Allen-Bradley equipment, utilizing Logix 500 and Logix 5000 software.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and installation, especially with Allen Bradley systems.
Repair and maintain machinery conveyors.
Troubleshoot Fanuc robotic systems.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
PLC troubleshooting and installation (Allen Bradley)
Machinery conveyor repair
Fanuc robotic troubleshooting
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's - programming, edits, and troubleshooting
VFD setup and repairs
Safety circuit knowledge
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance or relevant schooling in Automation/PLC

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing environment adhering to GMP standards. Available shifts include 2nd Shift (3p-11:30p) and 3rd Shift (11p-7:30a), with initial training on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks. Note: No interviews will be conducted on Monday morning or Friday afternoon.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00
