Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Guided by our principles of Mutual Respect, Trust, Teamwork, Communication, and Responsibility, the Facility Technician assists the maintenance department by completing repairs, installation, and general upkeep to the facility. This role involves assessing and prioritizing daily tasks, multitasking, providing quick responses to unforeseen facility problems, and maintaining a professional, efficient demeanor at all times.
Hard Skills
Examining parts/machinery for defects
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems
Repairing machinery and mechanical equipment
Working on PLC controls, VFD drives, and instrumentation
Maintaining tools and test equipment in good condition

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in TRACY, California.
Work Environment
The position is based in a meat processing plant which processes beef, chicken, and pork primarily for the military. The environment is cold, set at 38 degrees, and operates at a fast pace. Candidates must be comfortable working in this setting and are required to work overtime.
