Aerotek A&P Mechanic in Tucson, Arizona

Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Job Description

  • Researching technical data and performing various mechanical tasks including disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components using specialized tools and equipment.

  • Ahere strictly to maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies.

  • Responsibilities also include repairing or replacing aircraft structures and components, managing electrical systems and accessories, and conducting general aircraft servicing and maintenance tasks.

Hard Skills

  • Needs an A&P license

  • Disassembly and assembly of aircraft components

  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins

  • Experience with electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories

  • Proficient in using ground servicing equipment including tugs, tractors, and test equipment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Marana, Arizona.

Shifts & Pay:

  • M-F

  • 1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm

  • 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm

  • $32-45/hour
