Aerotek Automation Manager in Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Job Title: Automation Manager

As an Automation Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful operation of the automated system within a large industrial warehouse setting. You will lead a team, including supervisors and associates, focusing on areas such as decanting, order fulfillment, quality control, replenishment, cycle counting, and product consolidation. Your role will involve training and coaching staff, analyzing products for automation suitability, assessing productivity and quality, and managing automation technicians to ensure optimal system performance. Collaboration with logistics and external partners is also a key part of this role.
