Job Title: Deburrer
Job Description
As a Deburrer, you will be responsible for deburring various metal parts using stationary abrasive wheels, hand-held rotary air tools, and hand scraping devices. Your duties will include applying abrasives to parts to remove sharp edges left as a byproduct of machining, inspecting critical dimensions to ensure components adhere to blueprint specifications, and operating drill presses using wire brushes and conical burr cutters. Additionally, you will clean parts using solvents, operate various deburring equipment, maintain clean work areas, and seek lean process improvement ideas. Ensuring critical dimensions of +/- .0002 and maintaining OCP certification are also key responsibilities.
