Job Description
We are in search of a diligent Quality Technician who will perform tasks in support of the Quality and Engineering Departments while guaranteeing accuracy, high quality standards, prompt delivery, and meeting customer requirements. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will also be responsible for part print analysis, datum scheme identification, tolerance and GD & T dimensioning analysis, CMM inspection fixture planning, characteristic numbering for layout inspection, probe and styli selection, dimension calling according to the dimensioning scheme and tolerances on the print, result analysis, SPC data collection, die behavior monitoring, program editing, production mode improvement, control plan updating, CMM inspection set-up process improvement, In-Process Inspection Form generation, labor time reporting, in-process production inspection, first piece/last piece inspection, in-process sampling, SPC data collection from production for future analysis, final receiving inspection, dock audits, general bench inspections, and APQP documentation preparation for PPAPs.

This is a fully on-site position in Valley City, Ohio.
Work Environment
Available shifts include 1st shift (6:00am - 4:30pm) and 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm – 4am) with a 10% shift differential.
