Job Title: Welder/Fitter

Job Description

Join our team as a Welder/Fitter, focusing on structural fitting and welding for a major airport project.

-You will be responsible for using 1/16th dual shield, interpreting blueprints and structural drawings to layout and fit steel.

-Ensuring all components meet the high standards required for infrastructure integrity.

Hard Skills

  • Welding and fitting structural steel

  • Interpreting blueprints and structural drawings

  • Familiarity with AWS D1.1 and D1.5 standards

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Strong communication skills

Job Type

-This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

-This is a fully on-site position in Vancouver, Washington.

Work Environment

-Our home shop is located in Vancouver, where we fabricate all steel structural components for field projects.

-The shop supports both local Vancouver/Portland projects and field work, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for professional growth.
