Job Description
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for daily shift performance focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S in an injection molding facility. Your role involves overseeing assigned personnel, materials, equipment, and administrative functions necessary to achieve departmental quality, delivery, and efficiency goals. You will operate Haitian and Arburg injection molding machines ranging from 50-500 tons and provide technical support for production, troubleshooting, and remedying situations that do not meet specifications. Additionally, you will initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to the product, process, and quality system.
Work Environment
This position offers a variety of shifts, including 11:00 AM - 7:00 AM Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday-Monday, and 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM Friday-Sunday. Each of these shifts allows you to work 36 hours and get paid for 40. Training for this role will be conducted on the 1st shift for a minimum of 8 weeks to ensure comprehensive preparation.
