Aerotek Roofing Laborer in Waite Park, Minnesota
Growing construction company looking for roofing laborers to join their team!
Most of the work is done in the Saint Cloud area. If candidates are located in the area, the vast majority of the jobsites will allow them to be home every night, and there will be very minimal overnight travel. But, it is a possibility to be comfortable with going in. Candidates will be working 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday -Thursday each week, and will do some OT as needed. In the summer months, they may work on Friday as well if needed.
The work is done on all commercial flat roofing. Candidates will be laying out the waterproof liner, hooking up, and laying rock or abrasive material. All of these open positions are full-time, long term roles, we are looking for CAREER orientated candidates.
Previous construction experience is helpful, but not required - we will train candidates interested in learning a new trade!
No specific work experience is necessary, just a drive to learn a trade and grow a career!
Although no specific experience is required, candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools throughout the day, lifting up to 75 pounds throughout the day, be able to read a tape measure, and have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site each day.
