Job Title: Material Handler - $17/HR

Job Description

• The material handler is responsible for ensuring the production floor is adequately stocked with raw materials and

• Assists with loading trucks with finished goods.

• Moving materials around the plant using a forklift and/or crane,

• Supporting various stages of production, finishing, packaging, or shipping.

• The material handler also observes machine processing to ensure proper functioning and output,

• Performs visual and/or manual inspections as required, and

• Completes necessary paperwork. Additionally,

• Assisting operators with setup and ongoing production tasks.

Hard Skills

• Forklift operation

• Crane operation

• Machine processing observation

• Visual and manual inspection

Work Environment

The work environment is a smaller, family-like setting with teams of 3-4 people. Fans maintain airflow during the summer, and steel toe footwear is mandatory for safety.
