Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for MIG Welding on Steel components in the production of portable traffic signals. Your duties will include reading blueprints and welding pieces together to create the structure. While the majority of your time will be dedicated to welding, you may occasionally operate fabrication equipment such as CNC machines and press brakes. As we have different product lines, your work will vary from day to day, and you will need to adjust your approach based on the specific model and customer needs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in WATERLOO, Iowa.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, working from 7am to 3:30 pm on the 1st shift. We value work-life balance and while we are currently very busy and may require occasional Saturday work, we strive not to make it a full day. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, a t-shirt, and welding gloves. You will be joining a team of about 30 employees and will be part of our upcoming expansion as we have recently acquired a new building.
