Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs to equipment to ensure production uptime, and conducting boiler and refrigeration checks. Your role will also involve equipment overhauls, updating, and handling electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic elements of troubleshooting and repair work. You will be expected to perform all other duties as assigned to maintain the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wells, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment includes high noise levels, varied temperatures from warm to cold, potentially slippery floors, moving equipment, and the presence of dust. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and other equipment will be provided and required as necessary. The shift pattern is 5 on 4 off 3 on 2 off rotations, equating to 40 hours every week with every other week consisting of 30 hours of straight time and 10 hours of overtime, providing more time off. The 2nd shift operates from 1 PM to 11:30 PM, with days varying between Monday-Wednesday and rotating weekends, or Wednesday-Friday and rotating weekends.
