Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator sets up and verifies procedures, reads blueprints, and prepares CNC machines for production runs. The role involves measuring, marking, and inscribing dimensions on materials, selecting and securing machine accessories, and adjusting cutting parameters for optimal operation. The operator monitors part dimensions to ensure they remain within tolerance bands, adjusts machine offsets, and verifies the conformance of finished workpieces to specifications. Additionally, the operator adjusts and edits CNC programs, collaborates with various teams to resolve machining issues, performs preventive maintenance, and deburrs and polishes parts. Strict adherence to SOPs, quality and safety standards, and AS9100 procedures is required.
