Job Title: Processing Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Processing Technician to operate independently within various departments including palletizing, granulation, compression, coating, dispensing, and inspection. Responsibilities include processing and manufacturing products as per written orders, preparing manufacturing areas and equipment for production, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and rooms adhering to SOPs and GMP standards. You may also assist in the packaging department during low production times.
Hard Skills
2+ years mechanical aptitude with machines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency in reading and writing English
Experience with GMP and SOP
Prior pharmaceutical experience
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Months to permanent.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Whitby, Ontario.
Work Environment
Operate in a clean, dust-free, and odorless manufacturing environment. The role requires wearing a gown and involves working in a very organized setting with a team of 30-40 people. Must follow GMP standards
