Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to set up and operate plastic injection mold machines primarily used in various sectors including automotive, plumbing, medical, and other light manufacturing applications. Responsibilities include minor preventative maintenance, working from prints, and using hand and power tools for adjustments and troubleshooting.

Hard Skills

  • 2 years of experience setting up plastic injection mold machines

  • Proficient in reading and working off of prints

  • Experience with hand and power tools

Soft Skills

  • Ability to make adjustments and troubleshoot effectively

  • Dependability in following through with work commitments

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Whitewater, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Multiple shifts available: 1st shift (6 AM-2 PM or 7 AM-3 PM), 2nd shift (2:45 PM-11:15 PM), and 3rd shift (11 PM-7 AM starting Sunday). Overtime, averaging 45-50 hours weekly, may be required throughout the week or over the weekend.
