Job Title: A&P Mechanic - Line Maintenance
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an A&P Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for the overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, and aircraft communication equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer's manuals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to identify any defective, worn, or failed parts and ensure safe working conditions. You'll be expected to sign for work accomplished and may also be assigned various housekeeping duties. When exercising authority under the RII provisions, you will report directly to the Director of Quality Control. Continuous professional development is supported as you will be required to attend training classes assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wilmington, Ohio.
Work Environment
Line MX in Wilmington operating on a shift basis: Day Shift 4:00 pm to 4:00 am - 3 days on 3 days off, 4 days on 4 days off (Every other Wednesday evening). Compensation varies by experience, starting from $35.00/hour up to $40.00/hour for those with over 5 years of Boeing Line MX experience.
