Job Duties:

• Employee would be responsible for general pallet repair - pallet repair consists of recycling pallets that come into the facility, removing old material from a

pallet and replacing with new usable material to ensure that the pallet is a usable, fixing lose boards, hammering nails, etc. - creating sellable products.

• Ability to utilize tools such as pneumatic nail guns, hammers, and crow bars

• Ability to lift, twist, and bend for the duration of a shift

• Ability to assess visual repairs needed on a pallet

• Ability to work in a productive, fast-paced environment (most employees are repairing anywhere from 340-400 pallets per day)

• Willingness to learn the position
