Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will operate various machines in our manufacturing process, including packaging, mixing, and baking machines. You will play a key role in the production of pet food, treats, vitamins, and more, primarily focusing on specialty dog treats. Training is provided to all new hires, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Harvard, Illinois.
Work Environment
Our state-of-the-art facility includes a 210,000 square foot space powered by a field of solar panels, maintaining a very clean, temperature-controlled environment. The work schedule includes various shifts with a night shift differential pay of $2.00. We offer competitive pay at $17 per hour for operators across all departments. Safety is a priority, and appropriate protective gear is provided and required. We support our workforce's needs, including reimbursement for steel-toe shoes.
